FERRIDAY — Two brothers are in jail after allegedly ganging up on a man and cutting him.
Frank Skinner, 57, and Lionell Skinner, 54, were arrested Sunday on charges of second-degree battery following an incident at Frank Skinner’s 705 Tennessee Ave. address.
The incident involved a third man, who was reportedly the brothers’ brother-in-law, Assistant Police Chief Johnny Evans said.
The two brothers became involved in an argument with the victim about some money he may have owed one of them, Evans said.
At that point, Frank allegedly grabbed the victim and held him while Lionell allegedly cut him with a sharp object, Evans said.
The incident is still under investigation, as witnesses left the scene before police could arrive, Evans said.
Frank Skinner was detained on a $1,000 bond, and Lionell Skinner was detained on a $40,000 bond.
