NATCHEZ — Some say the moon is made of cheese, but if you ask the Kid’s College students Monday they might say it is made of creme-filled cookies. Using eight cookies, the young scientists at Copiah-Lincoln Community College’s Science for Young Scientists camp scraped off filling to show the eight phases of the moon.
