VIDALIA — Concordia Parish officials removed a sunken vehicle from Lake Concordia early Friday morning.
The sheriff’s office received a call from a citizen who reported seeing the top of a submerged vehicle near the public boat ramp at the lake, and when the vehicle was pulled from the water it was discovered to be registered to a Ferriday resident, reports at the Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office said.
No one was inside the car, and it was not reported stolen, CPSO Public Information Officer Kathleen Stevens said.
