Patrick and Nicole Williams of Natchez announce the engagement of their daughter, Niclese Virginia Garrett to Eric Washington, son of Fred and Analisa Washington of Clayton.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Natchez High School and is currently a junior at Alcorn State University majoring in accounting. She is also a Mary Kay independent beauty consultant.

She is the granddaughter of Queen Clark of Natchez, Ernest and Brenda Myles of Fayette, Laura Spencer and the late David Spencer of Doloroso and Hazel Garrett of California.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Ferriday High School and a graduate of the Louisiana Technical College Shelby M. Campus. He is employed by Fred’s in Ferriday.

He is the grandson of the late Estella Parker of Clayton and Armingol and Ester Alcantara of the Philippines.

The wedding will be at 4 p.m., Saturday, June 18, 2011, at Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church in Natchez. A reception will follow at the Shrine Club on Morgantown Road.
