Hospital staff made life easier

To the hospital, administrator, physicians, nurses, dietary, housekeeping and all ancillary staff of Natchez Community Hospital, I want to express my sincere gratitude first to God and to all of you for the excellent care you have given to my 94-year-old mother.
Your care was above and beyond any of my expectations.
From the moment we reached your emergency department, her care promptly began. I appreciate the aggressive approach that the physicians took immediately to address and alleviate her medical condition, which was continued with every physician that cared for her. They never seemed too busy to hear and address my concerns and find ways to take care of them.
Nursing, RNs, LPNs, CNAs were efficient and professional in their approach with just the right amount of cordiality. They express concern not only for the care and comfort of the patient but of mine also.
I felt that they were genuinely concerned about us.
There are really no words that I can think of that would do justice to the care and concern received from dietary and housekeeping staff.
Their actions were superb. There was never a time that they rendered service that they didn’t inquire of my comfort level or need for anything else. They all promptly stated to me, “If you need anything, don’t hesitate to let us know.”
I have worked and visited some of the top 100 hospitals in various places in the USA and cannot say that I have received any better care than was given in Natchez Community Hospital.
Thank you so very much.
