Natchez — Alcorn State biology instructor and Adams County Supervisor Darryl Grennell was recently in Washington, D.C., for the National Association of Counties’ Legislative Conference and to meet with U.S. Sen. Thad Cochran to discuss several issues relating to Adams County.
Grennell has also been appointed to the National Association of Counties advisory board for the National Center for the Study of Counties. He is one of only two supervisors across the country that was appointed to the board.
His role on the national board will be to help develop surveys covering a wide range of topics that impact supervisors and their county. This information will eventually be given to the White House for review.
