VIDALIA — Allegations of incest led to the arrest Thursday of a Concordia Parish man.

The Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested John H. Luttrull Sr., 45, 163 Ralph Road on charges of aggravated incest.

The CPSO and state child welfare officials investigated the allegations after a complaint was filed at the sheriff’s office Wednesday night, according to a statement from the CPSO.

Sheriff Randy Maxwell said Thursday the investigation is ongoing.
