Is Natchez ever going to get help with our sorry cable service?

We lost channels 2, 3, 5 and 8 and did not get any replacements and no reduction in our cost. Now they want to charge more.

Channels 2 and 78 are the same and quite often the listings are not what is on the stations. Sometimes, some stations are just black — as was 24 (SportsCenter) Tuesday morning.

Why are we going to pay more for less?
