Miss Lou schools including Adams County and Concordia Parish public schools remain closed Wednesday due to ice on roads.

Natchez Adams School District announced their closure earlier this week and today Concordia schools followed suit.

“Due to extremely low temperatures and unsafe driving conditions, all Concordia Parish School District schools will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, January 22, 2025. The safety of our students and staff is our top priority, and we believe this decision is in the best interest of everyone,” announced Superintendent Toyua Bachus.

“Please continue to monitor our official district channels for any further updates. Stay safe and warm.”
