FERRIDAY – Funeral services for Juliann Morales Robinson, 74, of Vidalia, will be held on Saturday, Jan. 11, 2025, at 10 a.m. from the Harvest Baptist Church, 305 Lake Drive, Ferriday, under the directions of Concordia Funeral Home of Ferriday. Burial will follow at the Loamland Cemetery in Waterproof, LA. Visitation will be held on Friday evening from 5 until 7 p.m. at the Harvest Church. Pastor Ron Walter will officiate.
Mrs. Robinson, daughter of Beatrice Morales was born in Ferriday and died at the Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, LA. She was a retired transportation driver for Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office. She was reared by her grandparents, Pete and Rosanna C. Morales on Lake St. John.
She is survived by her children, Felix Morales of Oakland, CA; Frederick Robinson (Kimberly) of Zachary, LA; Sandra Robinson Davis of Vidalia; Vanessa Taylor (Lawrence) of Killeen, TX; two brothers, Johnny Morales and Lucky Morales both of Ferriday; one sister, Eliza Williams (Robert) of St. Joseph, LA; sixteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grand-daughter, Ahmani Grace Frazier of Vidalia. Also, a special friend, Robert James Robinson, and her good friend, Daisy Bellinger both of Ferriday. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many, many friends.
Preceding Mrs. Robinson in death are her mother; grandparents; three brothers, Pete, Jr., Bob and Herman Morales, and two sisters, Ruby Morales and Betty M. Spencer.
