NATCHEZ – Funeral services for Aubrey Bernell Norman, Jr., 41, of Ridgeland, who passed away on Nov. 14, 2024, will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2024, at Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church at 11 a.m. with Pastor Kenneth E. Stanton officiating under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation services will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2024, from 5 until 6 p.m. at the Marshall Funeral Home Chapel in Natchez, and on Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2024, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the church.

Aubrey, affectionately known as “BJ”, was born in Adams County on July 6, 1983, to Aubrey Bernell Norman, Sr., and Shirley Bland Norman.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Alfred and Addie Bland and Bailey and Valarie Norman; one brother, Rodrick Bland; and one aunt, Katie Sims Cage.

“BJ” leaves to cherish his memories his parents, Aubrey Sr and Shirley Norman; children, Aubrey, Alton, and Ava; one sister, Dana Norman; one bonus brother, Joseph (Tawanna) Williams; six special aunts, Stella Evans, Johnnie Bland, Angela Bland, Vanessa Norman, Valencia Norman and Vernadette Norman, one uncle, Bradley Norman; one nephew, Bentley Norman; one bonus mother, Bettye Bell; god-sister, Sheena Warner; god-mother, Betty Hardin; great aunt, Gloria Swanier; and a great host of family and friends.
