NATCHEZ – Funeral services for Pastor Larry L. Green, 65, of Fayette, who departed this earthly life on Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2024, in Jackson, will be held on Saturday, Nov. 16, 2024, at 11 a.m. at the Bethlehem Baptist Church with Pastor Tracy Cusic officiating.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of West Gate Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held at the Fayette branch on Friday, Nov. 15, 2024, from 5 until 6 p.m. and will continue on Saturday, Nov. 16, 2024, from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the church.

Larry was born on Dec. 16, 1958, the son of Mandy Green and the late James Green. Larry was a 1977 graduate of Jefferson County High School. Larry worked for many years with his father in the logging business and pursued a career as a long-haul truck driver. Larry was ordained into ministry where he served as Pastor with his wife, at New Revelation Healing Church in Fayette. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing.

He is preceded in death by his father; and stepchildren, Carissa Merritt and Marvin Queen.

Larry leaves to cherish his memories: his loving wife, Victoria Queen Green; mother, Mandy Green; daughter, Yolanda Jones (Benny); sons, Larry Lorel (Andrea) and Deon Jones (Ada); sisters, Mamie Green and Valerie Faust (Alfred); brothers, Lionel Green, James Green, and Glenn Green; extended children, Travonte, Rokierra, Frankie, Jerry, Jazzmen, Alyiah, and Marion Q. Green; and a host of other loved ones and friends.
