GLOSTER – Barbara Allen Boney, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2024, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, LA.

She was 87, born May 7, 1937, to Louis Cass and Mary Moseta Mayeux Cass. She was a homemaker, married to Huey G. Boney and lived many years in Gloster, Mississippi.

She is survived by her son, Danny Ray Boney and Linda; three daughters, Diane Conway, Betty Morales and Richard, and Marilyn Beavers; 13 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Eleanor Windham, Charlene McClure, and Janice Davis.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Huey G. Boney; parents, Louis Cass and Mary Moseta Mayeux Cass; six brothers, Elton Mayeux, Harvey Mayeux, Silton Cooper, Clifton Cooper, Alton Cooper, and Louis Mayeux.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, Oct. 5, 2024, at Brown Funeral Home in Gloster, MS from 1:30 p.m. until the time of funeral services at 3 p.m. on Saturday, at the funeral home, officiated by Rev. Michael Morris. Graveside services will follow in Roseland Cemetery.
