According to the National Hurricane Center’s 10 pm Sunday advisory, Joyce has reached new lows of intensity and has downgraded from a tropical storm to a tropical depression. Tropical Depression Joyce is 920 miles east-northeast of the Northern Leeward Islands, with maximum sustained wind of 35 mph. It’s moving 6 mph to the northwest. Joyce is expected to change into a remnant on Monday.
