NATCHEZ – Graveside services for LouVerda Langston, 94, of Natchez who died on Saturday, Aug. 3, 2024 will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 8, 2024, at the Natchez National Cemetery. The family will greet and receive friends before the service.
Mrs. Langston was born on March 15, 1930, in Bristow, OK the daughter of Orville and Dortha McCollum.
Mrs. Langston was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Langston; parents, Orville and Dortha McCollum; sister, Ruth McCollum; son-in-law, Donnie Verucchi; and grandchild, Jason Verucchi.
Survivors include her daughters, Carolyn Verucchi of Natchez, and Deronda Lenzer and husband, Tom of Pensacola, FL; son, Kenneth Langston, and wife, Sreynak Heng Langston of Conroe, TX; grandchildren, Matt Verucchi and wife, Karen, of Natchez, Joanna Maniscalo and husband, Gabe Tylor of Colorado Springs, CO, Anthony Maniscalco of Boston, MA, Sarah Langston and Samantha Nunn and husband, Taylor of Conroe, TX; seven great-grandchildren, Maria, Maddie Grace, Elizabeth, Matthew and Laura Verucchi of Natchez, and Elliott and Everette Langston of Conroe, TX.
LouVerda was a Pink Lady at Natchez Regional for 20 years and a life member of the VFW Auxiliary and a member of Community Chapel Church.
