Jeanine was born on March 14, 1961, in Natchez, the daughter of Richard “Dickey” Evans and Josephine “JoJo” Curry Evans. After losing her parents at a young age she was adopted by her paternal grandparents, Captain Jesse James and Elizabeth Evans. She spent many years as a CSM at Wal-Mart until she left to spend her days at home with family. She loved spending time with family, eating more crawfish than she could handle, riding four-wheelers, back porch sitting, Elvis Presley gospel music, and mothering her fur baby, Gretchen. Her most prized possessions were her children and her memories which she held close to her heart.
