Jefferson County teacher named to MHSAA Spirit Advisory Board

FAYETTE — The Jefferson County School District proudly announces the appointment of Ms. Brittany Lyles, Dance Coach at Jefferson County High School, to the respected Mississippi High School Activities Association (MHSAA) Spirit Advisory Board. Ms. Lyles is set to serve a three-year term on the board from August 2024 to May 2027.

Brimming with excitement and honor, Coach Lyles shared her thoughts on the new role: “I am deeply honored to be appointed to the MHSAA Spirit Advisory Board. This is a thrilling opportunity to contribute to the growth and enhancement of spirit programs across our state. I eagerly anticipate collaborating with my fellow board members to support and inspire our students, ensuring they have the best possible experiences in their extracurricular activities. We will foster a positive and inclusive environment that celebrates school spirit and community involvement. I am truly grateful to MHSAA for this wonderful opportunity.”
