VIDALIA, La. — Another one of Adams County Sheriff’s Office’s “most wanted” individuals has been apprehended this evening in Vidalia, Adams County Sheriff Travis Patten said.
According to his indictment dated July 21, 2022, Ryan Streeter, 27, allegedly aided and concealed Shelby Brook Jordan when she allegedly shot at Eric Laprairie on Nov. 29, 2019, at the Relax Inn on Sgt. Prentiss Drive.
Patten said Streeter was apprehended by Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies following a tip ACSO received at approximately 7:15 p.m.
Jordan is still wanted by ACSO for the charges of aggravated assault and shooting into an occupied dwelling.
“CPSO’s deputies mobilized immediately and were able to apprehend the suspect at a house on Palm St. in Vidalia without incident by 7:30 p.m.,” Patten said. “The suspect, Ryan Streeter, had been evading law enforcement since an indictment was issued for his arrest in July of 2022 for accessory after the fact of aggravated assault and shooting into a dwelling. This is the third most wanted fugitive captured this week, making (a total of) five most wanted captures for ACSO. We would like to thank the Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office for their quick response to our call for assistance.
“These five captures are examples of what can be accomplished when the community and law enforcement work together. Miss-Lou residents, we thank you for raising the bar while seeing something and saying something! This increases the quality of life for everyone who resides in our area.”
Others arrested in the last month include Eddie Jones, exploitation of a vulnerable person; Roger Dale Nettles, failure to appear; Tyrell Bridges, Copiah County homicide; and Derrick Marsaw, failure to register.
Patten added Streeter would remain housed in Concordia Parish until his arraignment on Monday.
