Mary Lea Huff passed away Monday, March 11, 2024, at Wayne General Hospital in Waynesboro, MS. She was 89, born Sept. 22, 1934, to James Howard McCurley and Nannie White McCurley.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Glynn Howard Huff; two brothers, William McCurley and Doug McCurley, and four sisters, Helen Shirley, Lorraine Foreman, Flora Mae Freeman, and Sandra Steele.
She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Huff of Waynesboro, MS; her son, Charles Glynn Huff and Rhonda of Woodville, MS; three grandchildren, Amber Huff Stallings and Chris of Waynesboro, Nathan Huff and Kathleen of Woodville, and Nicole Huff of Tampa, FL; four great-grandchildren, Reid Stallings, Griffin Stallings, Charlotte Huff, and Stan Huff; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Graveside services are Friday, March 15, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Mt. Vernon Cemetery in the Homochitto Community of Amite County.
Honorary pallbearers are Nathan Huff, Chris Stallings, Reid Stallings, Keith Steele, Jennings Freeman Jr., and Danny Grason.
