Murray Land and Homes LLC recently welcomed three new agents to its team.

Adam Oliveaux, William A. “Beau” Britt and Tiana Goodrich bring their varied expertise in real estate and land sales to the Murray Land and Homes team.

Oliveaux is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, boating and coaching sports. He lives in Woodville, with his wife Elizabeth. They are the parents of two sons and two daughters.
His interest in real estate began with managing property. “His honesty, integrity and hard work is what will allow Adam to assist you with all your real estate needs,” said Edna Murray, principal in the firm. Britt is a Natchez native and graduate of South Natchez Adams High. He attended Copiah-Lincoln Community College, where he earned high honors and held leadership roles in student government and Phi Theta Kappa honor society. His academic journey continued at Louisiana State University and he now resides in Zachary, Louisiana. “My passion for soccer led me to help initiate youth soccer programs in Natchez during the 1990s,” he said. “For 30 years I volunteered as a soccer coach in Natchez, Vidalia and Baton Rouge, making significant contributions to ACCS and Miss-Lou soccer. “My dedication to education, sports and community development have hopefully left a lasting impact on the communities I’ve served.” Murray added that Britt’s “passion to serve will help clients with their vision to buy or sell real estate.” Britt is licensed in Louisiana and can be reached at 225-788-1700.

Goodrich discovered her passion for real estate and helping others in Daytona Beach, Florida. “I ventured from college to odd jobs, still hoping to find the career path which I enjoyed and which would not ‘feel like work,’” she said. “I was known in Volusia County for working intricately with first-time home buyers as well as first-time and seasoned real estate investors.” Goodrich has just over a year’s experience in the real estate industry and Murray said she is excited “to see who Tiana can help work toward their real estate dreams, whether residential, land, commercial or investment.” Goodrich is licensed in Mississippi and can be reached at 678-790-2779.
