NATCHEZ — October 23, 2023 – Visit Natchez announced today that Devin Heath, executive director, will resign from his position effective November 10, 2023. He has accepted the role of Chief Executive Officer at DistiNCtly Fayetteville in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

“We thank Devin for his service to Visit Natchez and wish him success in his future endeavors,” said Helen Moss Smith, Chairperson, Natchez Convention Promotion Commission. “We remain excited about the future of Visit Natchez and look forward to the continued success of the organization and our city.”

Since joining Visit Natchez in 2021, Devin has forged lasting partnerships, provided valuable leadership and helped further establish Natchez as a premier destination on both a national and international level. His notable achievements include securing a new location for the Natchez Visitor Center, contributing to the placement of Natchez’s first marker on the Mississippi Freedom Trail at the Dr. John Bowman Banks House and launching a successful rebrand of the Visit Natchez brand with a new website, tagline and branding videos.
