Mr. Thomas Lee Andrus and MeLinda Bridgers Andrus of Indianola announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelsey Frey Andrus to Zachary Eric Rogel, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl A. Rogel of Natchez.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Indianola Academy and a graduate of the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Nursing with a bachelor of science in nursing.

She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Samuel J. Bridgers Jr. of Belzoni and the late Mr. and Mrs. Jessie J. Andrus of Eunice, La.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Trinity Episcopal Day School in Natchez and a graduate of Mississippi College in Clinton with a bachelor of science in kinesiology with a minor in education. He is employed by Copiah Academy in Gallman.

He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Adams Jr. of Jackson, the late Mr. Robert M. Morris of Clinton and the late Renee Strickland of Newport News, Va.

The couple will be married at a private ceremony June 4, 2011, at Perdido Key, Fla., followed by a wedding trip to Jamaica.
