After working all day, and dreading going to the grocery store for hungry kids, I stopped by Southside Market with my list for the snacking tweens.

After finishing and loading up my precious packages, I headed for home.

Surveying my stock, I noticed one very important package missing — my purse!

Carefully and quickly maneuvering through construction and parking lots, I made it back to the grocery parking lot to find a gentleman flagging me down to tell me another man had taken my purse inside to the register.

I told him thank you and retrieved my purse.

In this day and age of violence and sin, there are still people you can trust and know there are those who “pay it forward.”

To these men, I say thank you and God bless.
