NATCHEZ — Funeral services for James George Logan Jr., 81, of Natchez, MS, who passed away at Merit Health Natchez on June 25, 2020, will be held on Monday, June 29, 2020, at Assumption Catholic Church in Natchez, MS, at 2 p.m. with visitation services from 1 p.m. until service time at the church under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

James was born on September 18, 1929, in Natchez, MS, to Dr. James Logan Sr. and Marie Tricou Logan.

He is preceded in death by his parents; a beautiful wife of 73 years Mary Louise Orcutt; two brothers, Clifford Anthony Logan and Richard Tricou Logan Sr.

James leaves to cherish his memories one son, Pat Logan of Natchez, MS; one daughter, Pamela Marie Hazlip; two grandchildren, Katherine Tricou Hazlip and Jason Andrew Hazlip all of Madison, MS; one great granddaughter, Olivia Grace; five sisters: Joan Marie Cowart of Many, LA, Marjorie Baxter of Fairhope, AL, Carol Segrest of Apolo, FL, Susan Nowell of Mobile, AL, Betty Kate Courtney of Carthage, MS; and one brother, Michel Joseph “Mike” Logan.
