FARMERVILLE — Graveside services for Mrs. Luther Mae Human, 93, of Farmerville, LA will be held Saturday, June 20, 2020, at 3 p.m. at the Ferriday Cemetery with Rev. Eddie Schiele officiating. Funeral arrangements under the directions of Concordia Funeral Home of Ferriday.

Mrs. Human, daughter of Luther and Minnie Benn Thomas,  and wife of the late Levy Human, was born in Alexandria, LA and died at the Glenwood Regional Medical Center in West Monroe, LA. She was a retired teacher from the Orleans Parish School system for twenty five years. She was also a member of the Rose Hill Baptist Church in Ferriday, pastored by Rev. Eddie Schiele.

She is survived by one son, Leroy Lowery and his wife Alice of Farmerville, LA; one sister, Minnie Jones of Ferriday, LA and a number of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
