Employees honored for dedication

Natchez — Natchez Regional Medical Center and the Board of Trustees recognize that its employees are the organization’s most important asset and resource for providing quality health care to the citizens of the community.

Employees celebrating milestones in their employment service to Natchez Regional were honored recently at an Employee Service Awards banquet at the Natchez Eola Hotel.

Attended by members of the Board of Trustees, Medical Center management and special guests of the honored employees, employees were honored and recognized for their combined total of 305 years of faithful and dedicated service to the hospital and the patients they serve:

Employees were presented with a certificate of appreciation and a service award pin.

Lana Morgan, senior vice president and chief operations officer of Natchez Regional Medical Center said the employees honored were examples of the dedication of all NRMC employees, current and past.

“These employees represent a tradition of hard and often exemplary work and dedication to providing a safe and patient-focused environment for the delivery of superior, affordable health care to the Miss-Lou region,” she said.

Dan Bland, chairman of the hospital’s board of trustees said having dedicated employees helps the hospital grow.

“The board of trustees expresses our profound appreciation and gratitude to these employees celebrating milestones in their employment service to Natchez Regional,” he said. “We wish to support and encourage the continuation and growth of this tradition and to properly recognize and express our appreciation to these faithful employees.”
