NATCHEZ — Graveside services for Clara Bell “Dea” Gaylor, 86, of Natchez, who passed away in Natchez on April 30, 2020, will be officiated by Rev. Larnell Ford under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.
Clara was born in Natchez, on Feb. 8, 1934, to Phillip and Margaret Lockett Grays.
She was a faithful member of Bibleway Pentecostal Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Floyd W. Gaylor; one daughter, Hattie May Grays; sisters: Octavia Robinson, Margarette Grays, Amelia (Bebly) Whiting, and Laura Grays; brothers: George Grays, James Bernard, Phillip Grays, Jr.
Clara leaves to cherish her memory loving daughters: Joann (Carl) Smith, Johnetta (late Charles) Harper, and Annette Huff; grandchildren: Donell Butler, Angela Williams, Michael Williams, Malcolm Williams, Bobby Williams, Charles A. Harper, Julian Harper, Alexus Huff, and Ariel Huff; 12 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, church family, and friends.
