Mississippi COVID-19 cases increase by 28%, including new cases in Southwest Mississippi

The Mississippi State Department of Health reports 108 new confirmed cases of COVID-19. The new cases include one new confirmed case in Adams County, 3 new confirmed cases in Wilkinson County.
On Wednesday, MSDH reported five COVID-19-related deaths, one in Wilkinson County.
