NATCHEZ— Sharon Ann Graves Butler, 71, of Natchez, died Thursday, Dec. 26, 2019, at her residence.

Mrs. Butler was born Aug. 19, 1948, in Natchez at the General Hospital, the daughter of Clyde Graves and Frances Geraldine Graves.

She was a cashier in Natchez for a number of years, and never met a stranger.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents; paternal grandparents, Ed and Eunice Graves; maternal grandfather, Oswald Fisher Williamson; maternal grandmother, Pearlie Perkins Phillips; and two sisters, Myrtis Katherine “Kat” Case and Theresa “Sissy” Whitehead.

Survivors include her husband of 38 years, John Mikal Butler; two daughters, Michelle Ballard Rand and husband, Barry, and Danielle Ballard Haney and husband, Ricky; five grandchildren, Kayla Jakusz-Gotomski and husband, Damian, Christopher Rand, Katelynn Haney and fiancé, Devin, Brittany Rand Ford and husband, Robbi, and Ricky Paul “Bubba”Haney; three great-grandsons, Joshua Ford, Elijah Delaughter and Kaidyn Delaughter; stepmother, Mary Graves, three brothers, Larry Graves and wife, Charnell, Gerald Graves and wife, Martha, and Billy Thomas; four sisters, Linda Parker, Angelia Johnson, RitaTaylor and husband, Marvin, Dottie Beavers and husband, Dale; and a number of nieces and nephews.
