NATCHEZ— Services for Melody Amber High, 28, of Natchez, who died Monday, Jan. 6, 2020, at Merit Health Natchez, will be 5 p.m. Friday at George F. West Sr. Memorial Chapel at West Gate Funeral Home.

Arrangements are under the direction of West Gate Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 3:30 p.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.

Mrs. High was born April 17, 1991, in Chicago, the daughter of Darren High and Robin Lynne Scott.

Melody a recipient of a nursing degree.  She enjoyed listening to music and make-up.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Robert L. Scott and Augorie Davis Scott.

Survivors includeher spouse, Adrian Shanell Shorter High; three sons, Michael A. High, Kaden I. High and Travis C. Barnes Jr.; one daughter, Toni Leigh High; her parents; four brothers, Anthony L. Goodwin Jr., Robert C. Scott, Joseph C. Scott and Derrick Hudson; one sister, Courtney R. Scott; seven uncles; two aunts; and a number of other relatives and friends.
