WILDSVILLE, Louisiana — Services for Fulton Wilkerson, 94, of Ferriday, who died Sunday, Nov. 17, 2019, at Merit Health Natchez, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Old Daughters Baptist Church in Wildsville, Louisiana.
Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Wilkerson was born Jan. 21, 1925, in Wildsville, the son of Alex and Mary Bowie Wilkerson.
He was a U.S. Navy World War II veteran and a retired auto mechanic.
Mr. Wilkerson was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Margaret Hampton; and one grandson.
Survivors include two sons, Wilbert Hampton of Ferriday and Derrick Wilkerson and wife, Jean, of Monroe, Louisiana; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
