JONESVILLE— Memorial services for Margaret Bernice Mount Carter, 86, of Jonesville, who died Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2019, in Raleigh, will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Jonesville First Baptist Church.
Burial will follow at Scott Cemetery located in Monterey.
Mrs. Carter was born at the Glade, Dec. 17, 1932, the daughter of Whitlock and Leola Mount.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ray Carter; one brother, Darnell Mount; and two sisters, Velda Marshall and Marie Griffin.
Survivors include two children, Glenn Wilson and wife, Tammy, and Debbie Grant and husband, Lane; five grandchildren, Ricky Howell, Jay Howell, Jerry Wheat, Hannah Williams and Dustin Wilson; 15 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a number of nieces and nephews.
