NATCHEZ — Services for Mildred Jennings Grimble, 88, who died Friday, Aug. 23, 2019, in Natchez, will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Rose Hill Baptist Church, 607 ½ Madison St. in Natchez.
Burial will follow at Sunset View Cemetery under direction of Robert D. Mackel and Sons Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m. today and 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
Mrs. Grimble was born Feb. 28, 1931, in Natchez.  She was the second oldest of five children of the Theodore McKinley (T.M.) Jennings Sr. and Lizzelia Julia Scott Jennings.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Lizzelia Beatrice Jennings; and two brothers, T.M. Jennings Jr. and Ralph Waldo Jennings Sr.
Survivors include her five faithful children, Lizzella Grimble of Grambling, Louisiana, Donna Hoffman and husband, Tim, of Gulfport, Willie Grimble and wife, Demetria, of Richmond, Texas, Edward Grimble Sr. and wife, Rose, of Madison, Alabama, and Kenneth Grimble Sr. and wife, Tonjia, of Mansville, Texas; and a loving and dedicated brother, Joseph Wallace Jennings of Atlanta;  nine grandchildren, LaTrina and husband, Charles, Edward Jr. and wife, Martina, Tricia, Kenneth Jr., Kalyn, April, Brandan, Kobe and Crystal; five great-grandchildren, Taylor, Camron, Kaiden, Kyle and Edward III; and a number of loving relatives, nieces, nephews, cousins and very special friends.
