NATCHEZ— Graveside services for Ronald L. “Ronnie” Hicks, 71, of Natchez, who died Thursday, Aug. 15, 2019, in Natchez, will be 1 p.m. Sunday, August 18, 2019, at Concord Baptist Church Cemetery in McCall Creek with the Rev. Matthew Emfinger officiating.
Burial will follow under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday August 17, 2019 at the funeral home.
Mr. Hicks was born May 6, 1948, in Natchez, the son of John Wesley Hicks Sr. and Maxine Lily Lofton Hicks.
Mr. Hicks was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his mother, Maxine Hicks Brown of Natchez; one sister, Frances Moore of Daphne, Alabama; two brothers, Ricky Hicks and John Hicks Jr., both of Natchez; and a number of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Greg Simmons, B.J. Hicks, Johnny Biddle, Blake Bullock, Gerald Lofton and Nick Rushing.
