WOODVILLE— Visitation for Shelton Wayne Johnson, 60, of Woodville, who died Thursday, Aug. 8, 2019, at his residence, will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Marshall Funeral Home Natchez Chapel.
Burial will be at the Embrew Baptist Church Cemetery in Woodville under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.
Mr. Johnson was born Feb. 9, 1959, in Natchez, the son of Noland Johnson Sr. and Nancy Hollomon Johnson.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Carrie Marie Holiday Johnson; grandparents, Leonard Hollomon Sr. and Hattie Hollomon; one sister, Stephanie Johnson; and one brother, Jessie Johnson.
Survivors include three daughters, LaShanda Netterville and husband, Stanley, Tijiwanba Johnson and Tomeka Johnson; one son, DeWayne Edward Johnson; two sisters, Joyce Veal and husband, Larry Sr., and Lee Esther Thompson and husband, Phillip; two brothers, Noland Johnson Jr. and wife, Linda, and Carl Johnson Sr.; seven grandchildren, Stanley Nettervile Jr., Xavier Johnson, Jaylond Johnson, Brycelen May, Carrianna Netterville, Noah Johnson and Jonah Johnson; one adopted sister, Nalisha Poole; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
