NATCHEZ— Services for Ja’Niyah Emoni Griffin, 7, of Natchez, who died Sunday, Aug. 4, 2019, in Jackson, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Marshall Funeral Home Natchez Chapel.
Burial will follow at Kettley Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.
Ja’Niyah was born Dec. 5, 2018, in Jackson, the daughter of Joseph Griffin and Kesha Owens.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Leslie Robinson III; grandmother, Rose Owens; great-grandmother, Ester Owens; and one aunt, Ouita Owens.
Survivors include her parents; one sister, McKenzzie Brady; two brothers, Tre’Markus Childress and Kemone Owens; grandmother, Mary Gibson; four aunts, Aisha Henyard, Kyrea Owens, Derricka Holmes and Latrice Owens; one uncle, Travis Owens; one special aunt, Annie G. Edwards; one special cousin, Angela F. Barnes; and a number of other relatives.
