ROXIE — Services for Geraldine Dixon, 82, of Natchez, who died Tuesday, July 30, 2019, will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Roxie First Baptist Church.

Burial will follow at Byrd Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home’s Natchez chapel and from 2 p.m. until service time Sunday at the church.

Mrs. Dixon was born Jan. 25, 1937, in Roxie, the daughter of Albert Dixon and Lucy Dixon.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Norma Jean Connor; her parents; three brothers, Andrew Dixon Sr., Albert Lawrence Dixon and Ernest Lee Dixon; and three sisters, Mottis Marie Haynes, Katherine Vanderson and Emma Lee Davis.

Survivors include four children, Elbert “Bo” Dixon Sr. and wife, Nancy, Janifer Lynette Stacker and husband, JL, Lisa Dixon and husband, Eric, and Pamela Robinson and husband, Terrence; seven grandchildren, Nicalle Montgomery, Elbert Dixon Jr., Aftan Mitchell, Markita West, Jay Michael Robinson, Symone Thomas and Trenton Robinson; one great-grandson, Jayvarus Edwards; one great-great-grandson, Dominic Edwards; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
