NATCHEZ — Due to the approach of Tropical Storm Barry, the historic sites of Natchez National Historical Park — Melrose, the William Johnson House, and Fort Rosalie — will be closed to the public on Saturday and Sunday, National Park Service officials said in a news release.

The park is expected to reopen on Monday.
