NATCHEZ — Services for Lucille “Lucy” Littleton, 83, of Natchez, who died Tuesday, July 2, 2019, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Laird Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Brian Monehan officiating.
Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Littleton was born Jan. 25, 1936, in Franklin County, the daughter of James Henry and Nettie Jane Terrell Cater.
She was a member of the Natchez Church of God.
Littleton was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Lene Hammack and Ann Willard; and two brothers, Ed Cater and Rayford Cater.
Survivors include one son, Chuck Parker and wife, Wanda; one daughter, Kathy Simmons; one sister, Jo Havard and husband, Willie; four brothers, James Cater and wife, Lucy, Elmer Cater and wife, Faye, Pedro Cater and wife, Mildred, and Howard Cater and wife, Pat; two grandsons, Gregg Simmons and wife, Jennifer, and Skyler Simmons and wife, Kristi; four great-grandchildren, Joseph, Colette, Kadi and Ryan Simmons; a very special niece, Kathy Hammack; and a number of other nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Gregg Simmons, Skyler Simmons, Joseph Simmons, Colette Simmons, Ryan Simmons and Kadi Simmons.
