NATCHEZ — School is out for the summer, and many churches in the Miss-Lou are offering Vacation Bible Schools.

Here are some places where children, and adults in some cases, can partake in a school of faith with snacks, games and other activities.

First Baptist Church in Natchez

Begins at 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. starting this Monday through Friday at 150 D’Evereux Drive for kindergarten through eighth-grade students. Register online at fbcnatchez.org. or call 601-442-2581 for more information.

First Baptist Church in Vidalia

Begins at 8 a.m. to noon starting this Monday through Friday at 100 North Hickory St. for children four years to sixth-grade. Forms for registration are available on the church’s social media page or can be completed the day VBS starts. For more information, call 318-336-7111.

Rose Hill and Mount Zion Baptist churches

Begins at 8:30 a.m. to noon starting this Monday through Friday at Rose Hill Baptist Church on Madison Street. Transportation provided if needed. Call 601-445-4386 or 601-597-6918 for information.

Parkway Baptist Church

Begins at 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. June 10 through June 14 at 117 Seargent Prentiss Drive for kindergarten through eighth-grade students. A kick-off celebration begins at 5 p.m. June 9 at the Adams County Christian School pool. For more information, call 601-597-1684.

Jefferson Street United Methodist Church
