Natchez musician Burnley Cook turned Franklin Street into a concert hall when he started playing his calliope from the back of his pickup truck. The concert was a tribute to Downtown Karla Brown who was celebrating her sixth year of being in business. Brown opened the airport shuttle and tour business six years agon on June 1.
