NATCHEZ — Services for Martha Rose Reed Simpson, 77, of Jackson, Tenn., formerly of Natchez, who died Monday, May 13, 2019, at Methodist North Hospital in Memphis, Tenn., were noon Monday at Stanton Baptist Church with Steve Purvis officiating.
Burial followed at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.
Mrs. Simpson was born Aug. 18, 1941, in Natchez, the daughter of Henry Clay Reed and Maudie Prince Reed.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Randall Lewis Simpson Sr.
Survivors include her loving and devoted two children, Ginger Brumbelow and husband, Edward, and Randall Simpson Jr. and wife, Cassy; three grandchildren, Amanda Marie Brumbelow, Johnathon Brumbelow and Maddox Simpson; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Judith Marie Wood; and a number of other relatives and friends.
