Please solve recent murder cases

Dear Mayor Darryl Grennell, Natchez Police Chief Walter Armstrong and alderpersons, I write this letter from a place of sincere desperation as a mother that I can no longer hear the cries of my child, whom I am no longer able to council with, fuss at or to pray with.
My child did not hurt anyone and also came from a loving family, yet I cry out prayers because my child was brutally murdered by someone that tore him down in the prime of his young life.
There is a roll call of victims, of crimes unrequited, unsolved murders in this city.
I beseech you to consider working with the sheriff, the FBI or other agencies to solve these senseless killings.
If people sit around in the nail shops and talk about who committed these murders then those of you the Lord over others should be able to figure this out.
I beg you to help us crying, longing parents, please solve these crime.
Rebecca Owens,
Natchez resident
