WOODVILLE — Services for Bernice Ann Perkins, 47, of Woodville, who died Thursday, March 14, 2019, at Merit Health Natchez, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Embrew Baptist Church in Woodville with the Rev. L. Barnes officiating.     
Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
Ms. Perkins was born Dec. 26, 1971, in Natchez, the daughter of Spencer Perkins and Bernice Holiday.
She was a 1990 graduate of Wilkinson County High School. She was also a member of Rose Hill Baptist Church in Doloroso.
Perkins was preceded in death by her parents and adopted mother, Mary Perkins.
Survivors include two children, Spencer Perkins and Devante Collins; five grandchildren, Khobie, Austin, Jordin, Bella and Mirale Perkins; one sister, Linda Ann James; and a number of other relatives and friends.
