VIDALIA — Services for Leslie Yearby, 66, of Vidalia, who died Monday, Feb. 4, 2019, at Merit Health Natchez, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Thomas Baptist Church in Ridgecrest.
Burial will follow at the Vidalia Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Yearby was born Dec. 1, 1952, in Natchez, the son of Frank and Louise King Yearby. He was a carpenter and he was a Baptist.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Charles Yearby.
Survivors include one daughter, Tina Y. Ray and husband, the Rev. Tuwana Ray of Greenville; two brothers, Willie “Bill” Yearby and wife, Marie, and Johnny Yearby, all of Vidalia; six grandchildren, Keinysha Flood, Kei’Bryson Flood, Ty’Lacey Ray, Ty’London Ray, Antonio Ray and Tautiana Ray, all of Greenville; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
