The following schools have announced closings because of snow forecasted for area early Tuesday morning:

• Copiah-Lincoln Community College – all campuses will be closed Tuesday.
• Natchez-Adams School District schools will be closed Tuesday.
• Cathedral School will be closed Tuesday.
• Jefferson County schools will be closed Tuesday.
• Delta Charter school will be closed Tuesday.
• Concordia Parish schools will be closed Tuesday.
• Adams County Christian School will be closed Tuesday.
• Alcorn State University will delay opening until 10 a.m. Tuesday.

Adams County officials said a determination will not be made until Tuesday morning on whether county offices will close and that employees will be notified if a decision is made to close the offices.
