NATCHEZ — Services for Roderick DeWayne “Spin Boy” Baldwin, 46, of Willmar, Minn., who died Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2019, in Willmar, will 11 a.m. Saturday, at the George F. West Sr. Memorial Chapel at West Gate Funeral Home with the Rev. Mark Bates officiating.       
Burial will follow at the Sunset View Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of West Gate Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 3:30 to 6 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.
Mr. Baldwin was born Oct. 29, 1972, in Natchez, the son of Patricia Baldwin-Jones and Richard Dossett.
He was a graduate of Elsik High School in Houston and was employed by Jennie-O Company Store in Willmar. He was baptized in Houston at an early age.  Roderick enjoyed watching the Oakland Raiders, listening to music and playing video games.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Frances Baldwin, and grandfather, Jimmie L. Baldwin.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Jimmie L. Jones Sr., of Houston; his father of Tallulah, La.; 18 aunts and uncles, Gloria Dottery and husband, Drew, of Kissimmee, Fla., Pamela Plummer and husband, Robert, and Monica Phipps and husband, Varner, all of Natchez, Jimmie Baldwin and wife, Cheryl, of Friendswood, Texas, Tommy L. Baldwin of Houston, Connie Evans and husband, Dra, of Byram, Janet Bates and husband, Mark, of Baton Rouge, Cornelius “Beet” Baldwin of Atlanta, Alvin Baldwin and wife, Ora, of Douglasville, Ga., and Patrick Baldwin and wife, Delilah, of Powder Springs, Ga.; and a number of cousins, other relatives and friends.
