SANDY SPRINGS, Ga. — Services for Craig T. Williams, 60, of Sandy Springs, Ga., who died Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2019, at his residence, will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Peachtree Presbyterian Church in Atlanta.
Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Sandy Springs Chapel Funeral Directors in Sandy Springs, Ga.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Williams was born in Binghamton, N.Y. He and his family lived in a number of cities, and at the age of 10, settled in Memphis, Tenn., where he graduated from high school. He received his degree in accounting from Christian Brothers University. He became a certified public accountant and started his career with Arthur Anderson in Memphis. He worked with a number of firms around the country. At the time of his death, he was the national director of state and local tax with CBIZ/MHM.
Survivors include his wife, Karen M. Williams; one daughter, Lauren Williams; one son, Scott Williams, all of Sandy Springs; and a number of cousins.
