Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Dorothy Davis and Mr. Audley Carter announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Carter to Derrick Martin Stewart, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alvin and Mary Martin Starks of Natchez.

She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. Willie Jackson and Mrs. Viola Chatman and the late Mr. James Carter and Mrs. Annie Carter, all of Natchez.

The groom-to-be is the grandson of Mrs. Adeline Stewart and the late Mr. Samuel Stewart and Mr. James Martin, all of Natchez.

The wedding will be at 4 p.m., Saturday, June 4, 2011, at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, Morgantown Road, in Natchez. A reception will follow at the Natchez Convention Center.
