FAYETTE — Services for Mary Delores Bethely, 63, who died Friday, Nov. 9, 2018, at Merit Health Natchez, will be 11 a.m. today at New Life Empowerment Temple in Fayette with Phaiun Thomas officiating.
Burial will follow at Gold Mount Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.    
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time today at the church.
Mrs. Bethely was born Feb. 3, 1955, in Ashland, the daughter of James Robinson and Etta Beatrice Thompson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents; one sister; and one brother.
Survivors include her husband of 25 years, Howard Bethely; her baby brother she raised as her son, Marquis Thompson and wife, Ieshia; she was the oldest of 18 siblings, Clarence Pullins and wife, Angie, pastor Lynell Thompson and wife, Lesia, Mernerva Thompson, Lachelle Knight and husband, Curtis, Katrina Thompson, Janell Walton, Johnnie Mae Robinson and husband, Henry, Lillian Grigsby, Michael Thompson and wife, Grace, Sammy Robinson and wife, Elaine, and Calvin Robinson and wife, Gwendolyn; one special aunt, Mattie Johnson; one special uncle, Prentiss Robinson and wife, Mary; a special sister, Sandra Banks Gales; two special cousins, Rosie B. Watkins and America “Mag” Williams; two special friends, Patricia “Bee” Oliver and Freda Ross; and a number of other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
